Jay - ...The project is indeed very big, and I believe it accounts for ½ of total hydro capacity of Norway when completed, whereas Norway is a big hydro country.... How does Norway get the power? Will Oslo become the whitewater Venice of the North with re-directed Chinese water coursing through its downtown streets?
