Brookelise, well you always seem to be skeptical when you post to me. <g>

I've found that the more skepticism I see on any particular position, the higher the chances for gains there are. Not necessarily taking you as a contrary indicator, but opinion on techs in general, and telecoms in particular is awful. Meanwhile, I see a potential bottom forming in their charts. To me, it looks like a trade with huge potential.

After the worst bear market in their history, I would expect lots of skepticism, bearishness, and disdain. Alot of folks lost their arse on them, after all.

That convertible on LU is disturbing- I certainly wouldn't have bought any yet if I knew that was in the works- but they don't consult w/ me before they announce these things, so that's the breaks.. From what I understand- the conv. buyers short the stock to protect themselves, so that selling should dry up pretty quickly.

Bull markets are marked by rising prices, interrupted by sharp corrections. So the sell signals that the indicators show may be valid- but they will also more often than not, be short lived, IMHO.

BTW- did you catch the new celebrity boxing show last night? great stuff.
