True, but there still are two competitors who can cause problems. The last thing Cymer wants to do is start competing on price. That's why technological superiority is so important to them. If this is a slam-dunk technical advantage, Cymer may have assured themselves of a near monopoly for a long time to come. More importantly, from an investor's point of view, is that profit margins can rise as pricing is not a consideration.
