I have been following insider buying since the market turned sour hoping to find a holy grail to follow. Anyway, I saw some insider buys on SCUR and bought last week. They then announced a pact with CSCO. Today it is up almost 5%. I am using these mostly short term, have a 12% gain and a trailing stop 8-))It is interesting to note the buying near the 52wk high......of course I also take a peek at the selling near the 52wk low.
