The purpose is to get millions of illegals on the voter roles as soon as they get down to INS Strange that President Bush would do this as it is generally conceded voters in the lower economic strata vote demolib. Ignorance, you see. welfare. gimme..gimme. besides, Clinton gave them all citizenship without examination back in the '94 election. The FBI and INS weren't even notified. Also not much mention in the media at the time. Hid it well. But it did get clinton barely reelected. At least President Bush is suggesting it out in the open. Ken
