Samuel, I spoke with both Tom & Mark @ ICC this morning. Sounds like much ado about nothing. Evidently, Atlas Capital feels like Nazerali owes them compensation for whatever part Atlas played in ZMAX' acquisition of CSI. ZMAX had to report this, as they are now a reporting entity. Supposedly, court date is set for Thursday, where ZMAX should be released from any liability. Hopefully, we'll see a press release on Friday confirming this. So, the good news (IMHO) is that there's no bad news. On the other hand, the bad news is that there's no good news. I'm still of the opinion that ZMAX has an A-1 management team and will prosper. Considering that we're currently running no better than 95th place in a 100-horse y2k race (IMHO again), I sure hope so. Still patient though not wealthy, David
