Also-I think the word "nukUlar" must be code for the folks in the red zones, and subtle torture for everyone else. I think he said it 50 times.

You must have a short memory. Jimmy Carter, who is a bona fide nuclear engineer, pronounced it the same way, "nucular." I always thought it sounded funny, too.
