This place has gotten so bad....
I decided to check my "SI mail" for the first time in a while.
NOT.
It won't let me log in. I tried for a hint, in case I forgot my password...could happen.
They system recognized me, because it told me I had an E-mail account and provided the name. it was still correct. However, when I asked for the hint it told me "Login name is incorrect."
I decided to report the problem and, you guessed it, once you fill out the form...it goes NOWHERE...times out and leaves you with an error page.
Here is the info I tried to leave.
I, unfortunately, believe we are seeing the death throws of a former giant...SI, IMHO, is dying....

A few things first.
1. It's 2002...but that option is not available.
2. What is - Time Zone - relative to? Nowhere on this page does it tell you.
When I attempted to log on to my E-mail account, it didn't let me on. It showed my valid account at the bottom of the page, I clicked it to fill in the User portion of the form and entered my password. It didn't let me in. I thought I might have made an error in my password, so I decided to ask for it.
When I entered my login name EXACTLY as it is written in the valid form shown on the E-mail login page:
You have the following email aliases registered on The Go2Net Network.
SI Mail:
Ira_Player@siliconinvestor.com
I entered Ira_Player and clicked "Show me my question" and received the following message: "Login name is incorrect."
How can it be incorrect if YOU gave it to me?????
