How about the Japan Fund about 1965, or whenever it first got started. John Templeton advised his brother, Harvey, to buy it all through that period. Harvey's wife, Jewel, he advised to buy some I think it was Mitsubishi convertible bonds with about $30,000 that she had. She sold the bonds, finally, for over $400,000.

Sure wish I had had money and had been listening at the time.

No doubt there is something just as good right now. Just I am not smart enough to know what it is.
