The ASUS A7V333 with Q-Fan™ technology intelligently adjusts fan speeds according to system loading to ensure quiet, cool and efficient operation. My assumption is that they are increasing and decreasing voltage on the 12V line going to the fan, based on the CPU temperature, but it is only my assumption. There is nothing in the manual, and I have not found any comments about it in any newsgroups. Joe
