iso, on a more serious note I read your link you posted on the performance of the American troops in Afghan. Interesting. Very interesting. I spent a lot of time some years back reading and studying war history. I certainly don't like the situation we are in. Not one bit. I don't think our mentality is fit for a protracted conflict of the type we are in. We don't have any reason to have the mentality necessary for that. I suppose if I were the pres, I would want to go in and get it over with, or get out and stay out. I doubt that is what is will be in store for us though.
