Zeev.... Please explain...if your "Berg shorting" theory is true, how Berg would allow a Board Director to load up on shares right before the announcment of the financing... IMO...it makes your floorless theory quite unlikely..or Berg a complete A-hole in the face of his board. I seriously doubt it.... HC
