Option put for FLIR folks: going down, imo. Insioder trend is very negative plus this:

The Securities and Exchange Commission may recommend a civil injunctive action against FLIR Systems (FLIR), which manufactures thermal imaging and broadcast camera systems for the Pentagon and commercial customers, for violation of the Securities Act. The SEC has been investigating FLIR since June 8, 2000, to determine whether federal securities laws were violated during 1998 and 1999. The staff of the SEC on Feb. 19 notified the company that it plans to recommend that the SEC bring a civil injunctive action them. FLIR closed at $51.50, last traded at $43.95.
