I disagree. I would like to see vulgarity forbidden, and name calling too. Prohibitions on these actually enhance discussion- that is why in debate, or college discussions, for example, one does not do such things. Name calling, and vulgarity, actually shut down communication- thus they limit the free expression of ideas and the exchange of opinions, which you and I both care so much about.
