Yes. One poster who shall remain nameless physically threatened me. I think he was a little non-plussed when I PMed him my address and told him to stop by. It was brought to SI Jeff's attention. Nothing was done. He told me I provoked the threat.

The uneven enforcement of the TOU operates as a very insidious form of censorship. I've been concerned about this for some time. I have documented dozens of instances of "vulgarity" and "personal attacks' just as bad if not worse than anything I have ever done. I've asked for clarification of the TOU enforcement actions I've seen. Now I don't really care how it all gets resolved, either all "obscenity" and "personal attakcs" ought to be disallowed or none. But banning me over the use of the terms I used, for making a personal attack (after being attacked) and making a "threat" seems a bit silly to me in light of a lot of stuff I see on these threads. I just would like to be sure what the rules are.
