Guys, Alex Brown Downgrade this morning... 09:00 ET CKFR CheckFree to see long-term market share erosion: DB Alex. Brown (15.47) Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown says that Wells Fargo (WFC) has been using Metavante (a subsidiary of MI) instead of CheckFree to process online bill payments for new customers; says that until now there has been little evidence that Metavante or Spectrum were gaining traction, but that the loss of Wells' new accounts is the start of a long-term market share erosion; cuts price target to $13 from $16.50.
