Does anyone know what speeds Intel is projected to get their P4 up to on the .13um process?

I've read Intel will be up to 3Ghz by year end. Can Intel get higher speeds out of the .13?? If so what's the guess?

When do you expect Intel to be ramping .09 in significant volumes?

I assume .09 will all be on 300mm wafers. Am I correct?
