Wayne, thanks for the update. It looks like a lot fo the brokergae houses do not think TBR will continue at the rapid appreciation rate like the last 24 months. I would agree with that. Moving your target price from 165 to 180 is a no brainer in my opinion. My target is $300, but that number won't happen until 1999. Are you in the stock yet?
