No Ted ... It's Palestinians that stand to gain the most. Arafat (if he
were a true leader of his people) should recognize this and try
to do more for his people. In fact, this is why Hamas has gained such
support from the Palestinian people. In between terrorist attacks, Hamas
actually helps the poor people. Arafat just worries about his foreign bank accounts.
