It's more like "Please, please refuse to appropriate the money, and see what we do to you in 2002." The Democrats' 52-year history of appeasement and treason is just below the surface.

Not only that, I'd insist on a pork-free bill (which would probably cut the cost in half) and dare them not to pass it. We don't need Tom Ridge (who's nothing but a failed VP candidate) to take on the traitors. America's greatest enemies sit in the Senate. Perhaps a low-level nuclear weapon that only wipes out the Democrat side of the aisle would be the best first step for "homeland security"...
