COT is out. Not as dramatic as last week, by any stretch. Looks like the Commercials are a little less short the S+P (big change in the mini position) and a little shorter the NDX. I'd guess they're overall about flat week to week, but I'm looking forward to Allan's bigger picture look. the freep PS Have a great weekend, y'all.
