Raymond, though lemmings here we all try not to be, folks of proven successful track-records are not to be ignored. to wit: Warren Buffett bailed Berkshire Hathaway out of Fannie's and Freddie's a couple of years ago( or maybe it was just last year=brain fade), citing just too great a systemic risk. I believe your concerns are well founded. Jim Black
