albert, it seems I don't exactly have the same exposure that you do, but you have to admit that it is in Intel's best interest to eliminate the gap (no pun intended) between their GAAP and pro-forma earnings. It sure won't solve everything, but it's a step in the right direction, IMO. wbmw
