New lows on VIX and VXN. Does it mean anything? It means that the price movements of options on the Nasdaq and S&P futures are very low. An adjunct of a very quiet market (tell me about it). Is it a precursor of a big market move? I think it is. There's an old saying. Stocks are pushed up, but they fall down. At some point, they'll fall down. When, not if. Just my opinion. CD
