Might WLL evolve to full-fledged, romping roaming, tooth gnashing cdma2000 1xevdo over time? You bet. No doubt, the Supremes are yet to rule.. "..There can not be any legitimate expectation that no new technology will evolve.." This is the rub - like buggy whip manufacturers, they want market protection. Unless they can buy off the highest court, which may be possible in India, they may have little hope. We're having to come from behind in China... and we will. But India is writing its 1st chapter... And unless the Supremes are in the COAI's pocket, we're going to blow them the fuck away.
