3/15/02: AOC to Spinoff Combinded Insurance Companies:

This insurance broker owns a promising division called "Combined Insurance Companies" (A&H). AON announced last year that they would spin this unit out around 5/2002. It is very involved in selling L/T health care plans, and from what we can see they do it very well. The story is good. The growth ahead for this type of business should be rewarding. Not recommending AOC, but Combinded with good growth prospects ahead of it.
