"Verizon wireless data pricing plan."

As a consumer and a current sprint wireless web subscriber, I find that these rates make me hope that they (sprint and verizon) continue to offer the is95A circuit switched data at the current bill-by-the-minute price. It's unfortunate that their 1X offerings are priced at such a premium to their current data services, even though the packet switched nature of 1X should make so much cheaper to accommodate many more users. I know that they are trying to recoup their cap ex, but when i say that i'd prefer to stay on a 14.4 kbs service rather than pay what they are charging for their 50 kbs service, that is a bad sign for future wireless web adoption.
