After reading some of his comments, I am moving into the camp that you are in. One thing though, why have we never put this same burden on women? What I am talking about is, how many women know that they are with a powder keg for a husband and he ends up killing the kids and the mother is portrayed as a victim. I believe that it is each parent's responsibility to protect their children. If we are going to hold Mr. Yates responsible for what happened to his kids (and arguably we should), then it is about time we started holding Mom's responsible for putting their kids in dangerous environments.
