*Yup, other than the trust fund babies I wonder how the young ones will be able to buy a home.
You better buy "Tony the tiger" a home now!*

we had a HUGE transfer of wealth to stock owners. now it is to home owners. they tend to be one and the same! the powers that be are making sure the rich get richer.

i have a condo in kirkland 100% paid for - i put down about a HUGE payment to pay it off in february 2000 - when eveyone else was saying to buy stocks - don't miss out on qcom, etc. glad i think for myself! at least sometimes... ;-)

heck, our home in san d will be a double next year if we keep going up at these rates. we feel lucky, though. we'd NEVER buy a house now. we'd move - arizona, oregon... etc

if we move in san d then i will sell this and buy a new one. IF the market was reasonable, i'd keep turn this place into a rental and buy the next one. i still may do that if we move to oregon, arizona or some place like that.

tony may end being a real estate manager ;-)
