I guess it depends on your definition of "quality". That seems to be totally subjective. But I'd say we're doing just fine: Clinton. Reagan. Carter. Ford. Nixon (well, he made in to the WH and wasn't bad except for that little Watergate fiasco). That's most of the Presidents since 1968. What's the problem?
