My own anecdotal evidence is that those on TDMA (ATTWS and Cingular) complain of poor sound and dropped calls. Those on VZ and PCS like the clarity of CDMA and soft handoff (which the user experiences as fewer dropped calls). I thought the survey was bogus.

But the overriding superiority of CDMA is the ability to move more voice and data over a finite amount of spectrum.
