Listen, I'm trying to look at all angles so that we can have a better chance of making money. Investing in public companies is a very difficult undertaking. Every time I'm long a stock and make money I thank the fact that the assumptions I made were okay. We, on the outside, by definition are at the bottom of the food chain. We do not know really know what is going on in these companies. We have to make assumptions, which is the fatal flaw in owning shares in companies you don't control.

My husband Jack used to say this to me but I never really understood what he and his money manager meant. I’m beginning to see it.

The academic formulas are interesting but following them won't help you make a lot of money. To make a lot of money you have to find the anomalies such as companies with assets that don't fit in the current milieu.

Please don't go Hohoho as this is very insulting to the thread and me. NGX IS a boring company. What I mean by this is that they are not planning any exploration outside of the property they have. Management sees the asset as an exercise in discounted cash flow not a growth story as they have no intention of exploring for and discovering another deposit. Their goal is to get their money back. There's no growth except from commodity prices. Being rude to me doesn’t make my analysis wrong, so don’t do it, okay, unless I'm wrong in my analysis.

You have correctly identified an interesting value play with some leverage to the gold price for the thread to follow. That's all. So, don't try and build it into something it isn't.
