On a similar note, do you have any opinion on Lambda Physiks (aka COHR) NovaLine LITHO Laser. They caim it is the most reliable and economical excimer laser for 248 nm lithography. I'm trying to determine if this product will have any impact on CYMI. Thanks for all your great posted. I've enjoyed them, learned from them, and profited from them.
