It is always nice to "make things work" and a good religion should always do that. Bodgism is like that and most of us are secret Bodgists. A strong Bodgist might take core beliefs from different sources and tack them together, perhaps take an omen and glue it to a psalm and hang it on a principle, that sort of thing. I have to admit that any close examination reveals that nearly everyone is really a Bodgist, Fra Savanarola proved that in the Inquisition. A new form of belief that is closely linked to Bodgism is Creatolution, Creatolutionists accept the world as it is and all that is in it, yet still cling to the idea that there is a purpose in clinging.
