Re Fund Flows:
Another way of looking at the talk of record highs and lows is as a % of Stock Fund assets. Looked at in that way, the two periods of record $ outflows are still noteworthy, but not all time records as a % of stock fund assets. The recent inflow spurt is just an above average influx, nothing to get excited about.
