Sep 12 1996 The defamation suit against George is thrown out of court. Judge Shackley Raffetto said that George's statement (see Jul 21 1993) was "rhetorical hyperbole" and not an objective fact. (And it took the legal system over 3 years to figure that out!) (see Aug 11 1993, Oct 6 1993, Jul 19 1995, Nov 14 1996, Jan 10 1997, Jul 8 1998)
