4 months ago I stated home builders will survive just fine. It's the home owners and the lenders that will get sacked.

interesting argument. in my neck of the woods there are still plenty of developments being built. I am sure the builders have committed substantial amounts of their own funds. when the houses don't sell and the developments ceased being "developed" these guys are going to have a difficult time getting their money out.

I was right.

You think four months elapsing shows you were right? Check back in a couple of years.
