The recent inflow spurt is just an above average influx, nothing to get excited about.

Given that we in a period of few IPOs and that there are buyback by a lot companies with reasonable PEs, one could make a case for inflows as being very bullish. Chasing little supply.

The exception might be Nasdaq stocks because that is where we have gotten most insider sellers over the years, whether it was a bull or bear market. But that is nothing new so maybe that market can rally off such data.
