It really is all about sex. I guess bill was just secure about who he is... It's like if you really want sex. Why not go have it. Why wait for daddy to tell you it's good. Why wait for laura to want it. I don't know. Go blow up a country or threaten nuclear holocaust if that makes you feel like a man... hell i don't know.
