Handshake could be a promoter. or O'Quinn is a lawyer. Therefore, pigs can fly. I haven't seen the washroom yet, but it would be a shame if they didn't have the anti-bacterial soft soap, don't you think ? You have a choice in this case, you can use suspect as either a verb or a noun ie. Handshake is a a suspect, I suspect it is all bullshit. You cannot use the word "rely" or any derivation thereof, such as reliable, that would be suspect. I suspect a "lawn tractor" rather than a "hot tub" as the intended post promotion purchase.
