The past week made me feel much better about my shorts. I'm less than 2 points out in each of TOL, PHM, and CTX. These things are starting to roll. You can feel the sentiment changing.

Autos are next. I inadvertently posted this about ACF on the e wave thread this am.

This doesn't bode well for the rest of the market and the economy. When real estate tanks, everything else is going to go with it.
