Excel Question: FUNCRES.XLA

I have a visual basic file that loads every time I load MSFT Excel and this takes time.

IF I go

Tools-Macro-VisualBasicEditor

then FUNCRES.XLA is shown at the top of the list plus the scripts that make the charts, etc.

If I try to edit or open FUNCRES.XLA it asks for a password. I have no idea what the password is... Anyone know if this is supposed to be there?

I sure hate to have programs running that might be spyware or some sort of virus... I typed FUNCRES.XLA into the help window and got nothing.

I am running OfficeXP on Windows 98 on a PC.

Thanks
