Hi elmat,

For those who make a study of market history, Chambers prediction isn't really all that bold. In a different period of hyperkinetic stock speculation, the era of the Nifty Fifty, at the end of the 1960's, something very much the same occurred, though the Nasdaq was not involved, having been born in 1970. Back then, the action was either on the Big Board, the NYSE, or on the curb, i.e. the most speculative equities were listed on the American Stock Exchange.
