I've been following Floyd Norris's coverage of Andersen in the NY Times and he gives the impression that Andersen is structured as a general partnership, and the the individual partners will be liable for any judgements against Andersen in tort proceedings. Sorry, I don't have a URL to share at the moment. If I spot new information I'll post it.
