Hi Jack, Re: ILECs going out of business? Certainly you can't dispute the fact that Qworst can no longer access the commercial paper market. The move it made two weeks ago to tap out existing lines of credit is completely reminiscent of the maneuvers of Enron and Kame-Apart in the weeks before they augured in. Re: I hadn't heard the speculation about ILEC death. But neither have I looked at their income statements and balance sheets.
