Well, LoanSharkie, it's like this: A) I HAVE received subsequent communication from the TSE after filing on the BAY pump and dump going on, asking my permission to forward all I had sent to the QSC, presumeably because that is where ole Croupie lives. And if he moves to NY, then I suppose the Quebec Securities Commission will write and ask permission to forward my material somewhere else.
B) I didn't mention you, so tell your little missus not to worry.
C) It ain't me they're after, i.e., investigating, so unless they need me to testify, I doubt I hear from them again,
D) why should I have to testify when all I had to do was provide a long, SPECIFIC LIST of threaded post numbers from the big offending kahuna himself...you know...all those non-disclosing, forward-looking, pump & dump varieties the rest of you got used to and thrive on?
E) A good sting takes time and lotsa facts and lots of investigation. Whatcher Hurry...you afraid Croupier's going someplace? If so, he's going to take several with him. Watch ME grin big when that happens.
Now, to the other matter:
I don't care if you've made 12x your money or 3% on your money, that's your business. Spend it wisely.
And yer right, milk that old birddog fer all he's worth, 'cause his days are numbered. In the newsletter business, you're only as good as yer last pick. I'm not gonna be anybody's birddog...been there/done that/won't do it again.
RE: ghost picks...sorry, but I'll only tell when I sell, and that is after you all pick up on them and run them up for the final blow off top, me so that I can get out on your spit-swapping lather. I'm doing okay without any of you in them so far, so why should I skew a good thing. I know, curiousity is a hard thing on a man especially. But, you'll just have to live with it.
