Started off very poorly today, losing both Cincinnati and Mississippi State. My only consolation is that it is highly likely that a lot of players had Cincinnati going all the way, and a much smaller number had Mississippi to at least play in the Elite Eight. I did close well though, getting the remaining 6 games correct, although UConn and Southern Illinois made it a lot closer than I thought they should have.

Okay, in the Kinko's standings, I have 36 correct picks for a total of 47 points, which puts me in 2876th place. I'm probably not in very good shape with only 15 games remaining... The leader has 42 correct picks and 55 points. There are 5 other players that also have 55 points, but fewer correct picks. And 12 players have 54 points.

In the Sweet Sixteen, I have only 11 of the correct 16 teams that have survived so far. In the Texas-Oregon game, I have no chance at all because I had Mississippi State- Wake Forest selected for that game, so that one's a guaranteed zero points. Of the other 3, I don't have Indiana (I chose USC), Kent State (I had Oklahoma State) and UCLA (I had Cincinnati). The rest are all okay though.

I also have two teams in my Elite Eight that are gone, Wake Forest and Cincinnati. So that makes it sort of tough to catch the leaders...
