Since about 1998 this has been the case right? Its a good thing I didn't care about FA from 1999-2000.-g/ng

Its only from a chart perspective that I see potential for another bull wave coming for the DOW and to a lesser extent the SPX at some point. Just the same I am not going to argue for a DOW 15K quite yet.
