Maui, at this point, I think the discussion is moot. I thought I remember several people here claiming that AMD's .13u process had 9 metal layers, but I just spent the last 15 minutes trying to find confirmation of this, both using AMD's webpage and several Internet search engines. Needless to say, I couldn't find any indication of how many layers AMD plans on using. Sorry for the mix-up. wbmw
