Hmmm...well, this was a possible outcome of the situation. I just thought that it wouldn't occur (if it ever did) until summer. I don't think there is a good chance of BK. However, the money issues they have had have really damaged this stock pretty severely. My guess is they get the restructuring, but they will be hobbled. Sadly, they are on the verge of turning the corner within their market. This is one of those "if I only had 6 more months" type of situtations..... Hopefully, the improved overall economic conditions will assist them in getting what they need.
